Before the sessions started I was emotionally attached to my mother and unable to walk my own steps without feeling guilty towards my mother. In addition, I had no self-esteem and could not represent my opinion. Through the intensive exercises with Ramona, her tips and tricks, I was able to improve my emotional dependency and now have a better and healthier relationship with my mother. I can stand up for my opinion, try to act on impulse whenever possible and take time for myself and my feelings in everyday life.
I look forward to every session because it takes me step by step and Ramona gives me a good feeling with her honest, loving and appreciative interaction. She has a suitable exercise for every situation and feeling which can be easily implemented in everyday life and makes me feel better.

I started my journey with Ramona because I felt emotions, but not in the intensity I wanted and therefore couldn't find my passion. I didn't have to cope with grief or trauma, but negative feelings and crying were terrible for me and I suppressed them whenever possible. However, through Ramona's unique method of processing feelings I have learned that I can process and accept all feelings. By processing old situations and feelings I have become more emotional and feel more connected to myself. The method also helps me with negative emotions in everyday life, in order to recognize them, localize them and then lovingly let them go. When I was standing at the train station one morning and had to cry because of a podcast episode that touched and inspired me very much, I knew that I was on the right track and that the method was having an effect.
I immediately felt very comfortable with Ramona and had the feeling that we had known each other for years. Ramona is full of life energy, very sensitive, authentic and loves what she does, which was noticeable in every session. She was able to give me an incredible number of valuable impulses along the way and helped me to get a new perspective on certain things. I can only recommend Ramona from the bottom of my heart and I hope that you too will take the step and confide in her!

Before I met Ramona I had problems with my family situation. Many events made me sad and also angry so I had massive sleep problems. Through talks and targeted coping strategies I feel better again after a short time. I now know how to deal with my negative thoughts and feelings.

I got to know Ramona more than 20 years ago and I have admired her since she was a young woman for her clarity, determination and discipline. Even when life was literally smashing her to the ground with violent blows of fate, Ramona was willing to walk through the wall of fog that opened up in front of her to see what was waiting for her on the other side. She tirelessly reflected on her life path, corrected the direction when it turned out to be wrong, she did not look back, on the contrary - she rolled up her sleeves and boldly went on. I wish Ramona all the best for the rest of her life.

I got to know Ramona in a very difficult life situation. At that time, she was looking for someone to help her family with her 24-hour job, who would look after her seriously ill little daughter Sophie for a few hours. From the very first contact I felt very comfortable there. I felt so much warmth, kindness and love there.
Ramona is a fighter, an absolute power woman, empathetic, understanding, loving, funny and direct. She never loses sight of her goals and desires. I admire her immensely for her immense energy and almost self-abandonment back then. I suffer from fibromyalgia myself and I had no pain on days spent with Ramona and Sophie. To this day it is inexplicable why. I am very happy that I was able to get to know this family, that they placed so much trust in me and that we are still in contact to this day.
Ramona never gave up on herself. She found a new path. I find that so strong and great, because she had to learn how to cope with grief herself and experience it in practice. The training, I think, also helped her in her grief. Ramona is absolutely the right contact person for this issue and if I get into this situation, I definitely know who to turn to.

I got to know Ramona during our training as an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy. I am so fascinated and touched by Ramona's strengths in dealing with grief and loss. When she told me her very personal story about her losses I was close to tears and could hardly believe how one can develop so much power and strength despite such losses.
And this is exactly what she is now passing on to other people, the ability to develop strength, courage and joy for life from this grief and loss and to find oneself out of the labyrinth of grief.
