Before I started the sessions with Ramona, I had a feeling of inner paralysis, which severely restricted me at home, making it difficult for me to motivate myself to do any activity. I went to Ramona for treatment because my life was actually filled with a lot of grief and sadness. I could no longer think clearly because I was preoccupied with this grief and with the negative and positive thoughts that I could no longer deal with in everyday life.

I met Ramona about 7 months later after my dad's death and several other losses. The pain was deep. I was lost and everything felt gray and exhausting. My partner died of cancer after a long ordeal. After a year full of sadness, lack of drive, physically exhausted and full of fear for the future, I got to know Ramona. Before I started dealing with grief, my life was overwhelming and scary. Due to the death of our star child, I was no longer able to see pregnant women or babies. I just wanted to escape.
And then Ramona came and she gave me her hand and helped me out of this dark hole. Her exercises were very valuable and individual for me. Every week she adjusted to me anew. Since then I have been able to lead a happy, normal life without fears again. My life before Ramona was full of sadness, desperation and anger. Since our son was stillborn in the 38th week of pregnancy there has been no hope of being happy. Since coping with grief with Ramona my world has looked completely different again. The grief used to take a lot out of me. Now it only makes up a fraction. It can be there but within a framework that I can deal with very well. And it is a very conscious way of dealing with grief not suppressing or accepting the situation but finding a nicer way of dealing with it. I managed this very well. Every single session was very valuable for me. I appreciate Ramona's direct and honest manner and her valuable tips on how to deal with feelings towards yourself and others. However, it was not only about the grief but also about other problems. In my subsequent pregnancy she helped me against my fear of losing another child. I noticed her experience in this area and she doesn't judge you. I learned a lot about myself and that I am important, not just my fellow human beings. I learned that you can take care of myself in such a difficult situation. I can look back on a successful grieving process.

Before I came to Ramona I was in a state of total emotional chaos and didn't know how to get through the situation. In addition, I had never used my lifetime in a valuable way and always preferred others to my own needs.
With Ramona's support I learned how to deal with negative emotions. I was able to dissolve my beliefs and for the first time be who I am and stand by it. I particularly liked Ramona's open, honest and empathetic nature. I always felt understood, especially because Ramona has suffered some losses in the past and shared her experiences with me.

When I came to Ramona I was an emotionally cold person and put the needs of others before mine. I lost my father when I was a child and my mother's partner when I was young. I got to know Ramona in a very difficult life situation. At that time, she was looking for someone to help her family with her 24-hour job, who would look after her seriously ill little daughter Sophie for a few hours.
From the very first contact I felt very comfortable there. I felt so much warmth, kindness and love there.
Ramona is a fighter, an absolute power woman, empathetic, understanding, loving, funny and direct. She never loses sight of her goals and desires. I admire her immensely for her immense energy and almost self-abandonment back then. I suffer from fibromyalgia myself and I had no pain on days spent with Ramona and Sophie. To this day it is inexplicable why. I am very happy that I was able to get to know this family, that they placed so much trust in me and that we are still in contact to this day.

I got to know Ramona more than 20 years ago and I have admired her since she was a young woman for her clarity, determination and discipline. Even when life was literally smashing her to the ground with violent blows of fate, Ramona was willing to walk through the wall of fog that opened up in front of her to see what was waiting for her on the other side. She tirelessly reflected on her life path, corrected the direction when it turned out to be wrong, she did not look back, on the contrary - she rolled up her sleeves and boldly went on. I got to know Ramona during our training as an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy. I am so fascinated and touched by Ramona's strengths in dealing with grief and loss. When she told me her very personal story about her losses I was close to tears and could hardly believe how one can develop so much power and strength despite such losses.
